Return Policy

Our number one priority is keeping our loyal customers happy and coming back.  We do our best to prevent issues from arising during transit, however we do understand that sometimes things can happen in shipment that we can not control.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please E-Mail us at info@theforeignobject.com with your order number and explain your situation.  We will do everything we can to work with you and fix the situation.  Please do not simply ship the item back without contacting us first.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the item being delivered to the buyer.  Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to The Foreign Object.  All items must be returned in the condition they were received in.  Buyer covers all return shipping costs and all items returned must include a tracking number.  Refunds generally return to bank account in 7-14 days after item has returned to The Foreign Object and has been inspected.

PURCHASE PRICE MINUS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING WILL BE REFUNDED IF-

  • YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE ITEM
  • YOU ORDERED BY MISTAKE
  • YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND

FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING IF-

  • ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT (BUYER MUST NOTIFY US OF THE DAMAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED AND MUST ALSO INCLUDE PICTURES OF THE ITEM, THE DAMAGE TO THE ITEM, THE PACKAGING, THE SHIPPING BOX WITH LABEL, AND ANY DAMAGE TO THE SHIPPING BOX SO WE CAN FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS BEFORE ANY REFUND IS ISSUED)
  • THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING

ANY ITEMS SOLD AS FLAWED OR DAMAGED CAN NOT BE RETURNED AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
